Plain words on what we keep when you order and what we do with it.

Who we are

What we collect when you order

  • Your order: the items, the price, the time, and pickup or delivery.
  • Your details: name, phone number, email address, and the delivery address if you choose delivery.
  • Payment: handled by Wix Payments, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card number.
  • Your device: the ordering panel keeps your cart on your own phone or computer so it is still there when you come back. That data stays on your device.

What we do with it

  • Make your food and get it to you. For delivery, DoorDash receives your name, phone number and address so a driver can find you.
  • Send you order updates by email: received, accepted, ready, out for delivery.
  • Call or text you about your order if something is wrong with it.
  • Send offers by email or text only if you tick the box at checkout. You can stop at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.

Where it lives

Orders and customer records are stored in Wix, which runs our register. Our website is served by Vercel. The map on our contact page is provided by Google. None of them may use your details for their own marketing. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Accounts

If you create an account, we keep your name, contact details, saved addresses and your order history so you can reorder faster. You can ask us to delete the account and its history at any time.

Cookies

Our own pages set no advertising cookies. The Wix payment page and the Google map use the cookies they need to work.

Your choices

Email us at chicagohalalpizza@gmail.com or call (972) 600-9233 to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within a few days.

Children

Ordering is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
